Corey Tracy has been raised in the real estate industry. From showing houses as a young girl with her mom, Heidi Maynard, to memories of summer drives picking out and pricing her favorite homes while enjoying an ice cream. Immersed in the industry from the early age of 15 as her mother's assistant, she developed a deep understanding of the business. At 18, she earned her real estate license and quickly established herself as a dedicated professional for the last 20+ years. Her hard work and passion in the field led her to become half-owner of Pack Maynard and Associates three years ago, where she and her mom work as a team. Corey finds immense reward in helping people through one of the most emotional times in their lives—buying or selling a home. The trust and bonds formed with her clients are among the most fulfilling aspects of her career.
Beyond real estate, Corey is deeply committed to her community. She serves as the treasurer of CS3, a small non-profit that she describes as the "crack filler" for local needs, including food insecurity, providing Christmas gifts, back-to-school clothing, summer camp and after-school rec sponsorships, prom dresses, and much more. CS3 stands for Community Strong, Character Strong, Children Strong. It was started by Heidi Maynard and Lesa Angelos.
Corey resides in Arundel with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Kash and Rylin. When she's not working or volunteering, she enjoys an active lifestyle filled with swimming, boating, skiing, cooking, traveling, reading, and coaching.
